Wholesale line sheet template
A blank template is only half the job — you still have to turn it into something a buyer can read. Download the starter CSV, fill it in wherever you prefer to work, then bring it straight back here and it becomes a finished line sheet.

"Download PDF" opens your browser's print window — choose Save as PDF as the destination.
Download the template
No email, no signup, no redirect. It opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, and it contains three example rows so the expected format is obvious. Delete them and enter your own.
What each column is for
| Column | What to put in it |
|---|---|
| Product Name | Short and identical to what appears on your invoices. |
| SKU | One per orderable variant, not one per design. This is what a buyer writes on the order. |
| Wholesale Price | What the buyer pays you. Numbers only — currency is applied by the tool. |
| RRP | What it is expected to retail at. Buyers check margin from the gap between the two. |
| MOQ | Minimum order quantity, per style or per pack. |
| Category | Used to group the sheet. Leave blank if the range is small. |
| Description | One line. A crowded line sheet is harder to order from. |
| Image URL | Optional, https only. Leave blank to produce a text-only sheet. |
Filling it in and bringing it back
- Download the CSV and open it in your spreadsheet program.
- Replace the three example rows with your products. Keep the header row exactly as it is.
- Save as CSV rather than .xlsx, using File then Save as, or Download as.
- Come back here, open the import panel, and choose the file. Columns are matched by name automatically.
- Check the preview and save it as a PDF.
You can also skip the download entirely and type straight into the editor below. The template exists because most suppliers already keep their prices in a spreadsheet and would rather not retype them.
Questions
- Do I have to give an email to get the template?
- No. It is a direct download of a static file. There is no signup, no gate and no redirect.
- What format is the template?
- CSV, which every spreadsheet program opens. It is deliberately not .xlsx so that it imports cleanly back into this tool.
- Can I rename the columns?
- Yes, within reason. Common alternatives are recognised: Style No is read as a SKU, Trade Price as the wholesale price. If a column is not picked up, rename it to match the template header.
- Is my finished file uploaded anywhere?
- No. The CSV is read inside your browser and the PDF is produced by your own browser print dialog. Nothing is transmitted.
Your data
This tool does no server-side processing at all. Product names, SKUs, prices, descriptions, photos and your logo are handled entirely by JavaScript in your browser and are never transmitted. We count how many people start the tool and how many produce a catalogue, and nothing else — see the privacy note for exactly what that means.
