What this tool does

Small suppliers usually end up building catalogues in Word or a spreadsheet, then fighting with page breaks and column widths every time a price changes. This tool skips that. You put in product names, SKUs and prices — by hand or from a CSV export — and it lays them out as a paginated document you can save as a PDF.

Three layouts are included because wholesale buyers ask for different things at different times:

  • Catalogue grid — three products per row with photos. Best for showing a range to a new buyer.
  • Line sheet — compact rows with wholesale price, RRP and minimum order. Best for buyers who already know the range and are placing an order.
  • Price list — a plain table, no photos. Best for long ranges and for buyers who just want the numbers.

You can switch between them at any time without re-entering anything.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no account, no trial, no watermark and no export limit. This is a free tool that we are using to find out whether suppliers want a paid version later.
Where does my product data go?
Nowhere. Everything is processed by JavaScript inside your own browser. Product names, prices, photos and your logo are never sent to a server. If you close the tab, the draft stays in that browser’s local storage only.
How do I get a PDF?
Click "Download PDF". Your browser’s print dialog opens — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. That is what produces the file, which is why the layout stays sharp at any page size.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Add it in the catalogue details panel. Like everything else, it stays on your device.

Your data

This tool does no server-side processing at all. Product names, SKUs, prices, descriptions, photos and your logo are handled entirely by JavaScript in your browser and are never transmitted. We count how many people start the tool and how many produce a catalogue, and nothing else — see the privacy note for exactly what that means.
