Wholesale Catalogue Tools

Product catalog PDF generator

For suppliers and brands who sell wholesale to shops, stockists and buyers.

A three-column catalogue with a photo, SKU, short description and price for each product. Add your logo, pick a currency, save it as a PDF.

  • Photos included
  • Your logo
  • No watermark
  • Nothing uploaded

What we are testing: today you have to send a new PDF every time your prices change. We are testing an optional hosted version where one link always shows buyers your latest catalogue. It is not built yet. Nothing on this page is for sale, and the generator below is free either way.

Making a catalogue that prints properly

Most catalogue problems are page-break problems: a product gets split across two pages, or the last page has one lonely item. This layout fixes products to a grid of nine per page and prevents any single product from breaking across a page boundary.

Photo advice

  • Consistency matters more than quality. Shots on the same background at the same crop look far more professional than a mix of excellent but inconsistent images.
  • Landscape crops fit the layout best — images are displayed at 4:3.
  • Keep files modest. Images are capped at 3 MB each because they are held in your browser, not on a server. A 400 KB JPEG is plenty for print at this size.

If you have no photos yet, leave them out. The layout falls back to a clean placeholder and the catalogue still reads well — a catalogue with no images beats one with three good images and twenty bad ones.

Questions

Is there a watermark?
No. The PDF contains your content only. There is no branding from this tool anywhere in the document.
Why does clicking download open a print dialog?
Because the PDF is produced by your own browser’s "Save as PDF" option. That keeps the file generation on your device — no upload — and gives sharper text than an image-based export.
Can I add a cover page?
Not yet. Use the catalogue name and subtitle fields, which appear as a header on every page.

Your data

This tool does no server-side processing at all. Product names, SKUs, prices, descriptions, photos and your logo are handled entirely by JavaScript in your browser and are never transmitted. We count how many people start the tool and how many produce a catalogue, and nothing else — see the privacy note for exactly what that means.
